How to place an order All orders are made onilne. An order is considered to have been placed once the customer has received a copy of the order acceptance by email. For this purpose, the customer is obliged to check the Copy of the Order and to let us know promptly about any errors. Prices and availability The images serve only to illustrate the product. All prices are in Euros and include VAT and packaging. The availability of the products shown online is REAL and the prices refer to single trays of product. As the products are home made and have a variable volume and consistency, the weight may vary between the minimum and maximum values indicated in the product description, and will always be close to the maximum weight indicated on the label. Should one or more products ordered not be available in stock, they will be replaced with other similar products (after informing the customer). Otherwise, any payments already made will be refunded.

Invoicing and receipts
For all orders placed by private customers, a copy of the order will be inserted in the box, together with the receipt. For orders placed by customers registered for VAT, an invoice will be sent by email once delivery has been made.
Discount voucher If you have a discount voucher you may use this when purchasing products by entering the code in the space provided. Discount vouchers may not be used for the purchase of products on offer. For discounts reserved to retailers and clients in the catering industry, please write directly to email@example.com
Shipping costs are included in the sales price.
We ask all our customers to remember that : the courier does not provide a door-to-door service. Door-to-door deliveries are at the discretion of the courier, as he will not be able to leave the delivery van unattended to deal with your delivery personally. Likewise, the courier does not delivery by appointment at specific times. We will do everything possible to deal with any special requests you may have.
Production and lead times
All orders are processed the morning after receipt, the courier delivers the products ordered to the address provided when the order is placed. It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the data provided and the delivery address are correct: we decline any liability in the case of incorrect data. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, with the exception of bank holidays. In particular orders received after 11:30 a.m. on Thursday will be processed starting from the following Monday, except in exceptional cases
Delivery time is 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays). (escluse le giornate di sabato, domenica e festivi in genere). For shipments to Calabria, Puglia, Basilicata and the main islands around Italy, delivery may take up to 72 hours.
Attention…!!! During the main annual festivities (Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter), deliveries may be delayed and the times indicated above are indicative only. In such periods, customers will be informed of the last shipment date of the traditional products for that period. If packages are delivered, with visible signs of tampering, please accept the goods, writing the following on the courier’s delivery slip “accepted reserving the right to check the contents”, as without this we will not be able to assume liability for possible damages. Right of withdrawal
In express deviation from the provisions of Art. 47 Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no 206 dated 06/09/2005) and in lawful application of Art. 46(1b) of the above Code, due to the perishable nature of the food and beverage products that form the subject of this contract, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
