Our products are derived from traditional recipes of Siena, carefully prepared in line with antique traditions: we have ricciarelli, soft pastries with the taste of honey and sugar; cantucci, golden on the outside and full of almonds inside; cavallucci, clumsy in shape but soft and tasty inside. Panforte is our oldest cake and a Tuscan speciality that dates back to Medieval times. It was once served to noblemen and royalty and contains orange peel, almonds and spices.
