Celebrate Christmas with Bristot’s home made cakes: delicious almond paste biscuits in the shape of Christmas trees and stars will fill your homes with the taste of Christmas magic. Our products are derived from traditional recipes of Siena, carefully prepared in line with antique traditions: we have ricciarelli, soft pastries with the taste of honey and sugar; cantucci, golden on the outside and full of almonds inside; cavallucci, clumsy in shape but soft and tasty inside. Panforte is our oldest cake and a Tuscan speciality that dates back to Medieval times. It was once served to noblemen and royalty and contains orange peel, almonds and spices.
